Members get unlimited visits at no additional charge. Visits are as long as you need them to be and there's never an additional charge for having more questions or concerns to address. Plus, you can always text, email or call at anytime.

Direct Access to Dr. Kurowski by text, call or email! Often a text can get you the answers you need and save a trip to the office. Otherwise, you can book appointments that fit your families’ busy schedule directly from our website either in person or virtually. You no longer need to wait weeks or even months to see your Pediatrician with same or next day appointments available.
House Calls or Home Visits Available
2 Newborn In Home Visits are included in the 1st year of life making the first few weeks with a newborn much more enjoyable. Or maybe you have a child that has a hard time leaving their home or struggles with change. Thrive Pediatrics can come to you!

Our simple monthly membership model removes the barriers of traditional insurance so families can receive longer visits, easier access to their pediatrician, and more personalized care. Parents have direct communication with Dr. Kurowski by text, email, and telehealth and office visits, allowing you to receive guidance quickly when your child needs it most. The practice is designed for high quality, convenient and comprehensive care for busy families and for those looking for a more personal touch in their child's healthcare.
Dr. Elizabeth Kurowski is a board-certified pediatrician who cares for newborns, children, and young adults up to age 22. She focuses on the whole child—supporting physical health, development, lifestyle, and overall well-being.

Insurance and Payment
Membership-based Direct Primary Care Model
Thrive Pediatrics operates on a membership-based model, offering a direct primary care approach that focuses on building lasting relationships with our patients without healthcare being dictated by insurance. We do not accept insurance for services however we do recommend that you keep some form of insurance for the unanticipated, such as hospitalization or surgery. HSA payments are accepted. Thrive Pediatrics is not an insurance plan.
