13 mo - 3 yo: $110 per month
Kids and Young Adults
4 yo - 22 yo: $80 per month
Families
Max Family Amount per Month: $275
College Plan
College Student: $600 per year (annual)
* No need to worry while they are away!
**One time enrollment fee of $100 per family
(covers telehealth materials and transfer of records)
**5% discount if paid annually
**Vaccinations are billed through insurance. Those with State or No Insurance should go to the Public Health Department for vaccinations.
** Ask about separate pricing for twins or multiples.
** 3 month minimum membership required.
