Medical Ear Piercing
Dr. Kurowski performs medical grade ear piercing for members and non-members starting after 2 months of age.
Acute Care Visit: $150/visit
1 time visit for non-members for acute concerns such as cold symptoms, urinary problems, Dr. Kurowski will not be prescribing any medications that require additional follow up or monitoring, including, but not limited to, ADHD medication, insulin, and blood pressure medication.

Wart Treatment
$100 per treatment
Treatment with either cryotherapy or candida injections. Depending on lesion and treatment option, can be 1-5 visits.

Molluscum Treatment
$100 per treatment
With the new YCanth available, many clinics are unable to provide treatment with cantharone anymore and Ycanth is often cost prohibitive. Have Molluscum that is spreading? come for a visit for treatment with cantharone. Can be anywhere from 1-3 visits.

Needing a sports physical for your child? Same week availability for sports physicals and forms. Additional needed tests and follow ups are not included.
