Sports Physicals - $99
At Thrive Pediatrics we offer comprehensive sports physicals for anyone from school age to 22 years old. This is perfect for anyone who has a Pediatrician/Physician but cannot get in for awhile and you need that sports physical soon! Its also perfect for anyone with a high deductible plan that doesn't cover separate sports physicals or if you don't have insurance.
When you are ready to book, just enroll yourself (parent) first in the system and then click "enrolling others but not myself". It will then prompt you to add your child/children. This is not a membership but a One time $99 fee for the Sports Physical.
