All Well Child Visits &
Sports Physicals
All well child visits as specified by the American Academy of Pediatrics are included as are sports physicals, pre-op exams and any forms to fill out. Also includes developmental, depression and anxiety screening, hearing and vision screens. Available for Parenting counseling and guidance (nutrition, development, sleep, behavior and more)
2 Newborn Home Visits
Being new parents can be exhausting. Dr. Kurowski aims to make those first newborn visits easy and less stressful by visiting you in your home. Its a great time to ask questions about safety and your home environment as well.
*Within 20 minutes of office location. Additional fee for farther distances.
Unlimited Phone, Text, Email and Telehealth Access
Have a question? Text or email any time. Need to talk over the phone, give Dr. Kurowski a call. Not sure if that rash needs a visit or treatment, send a picture. Maybe your child needs a visit but maybe it can be virtual if that is more convenient, not a problem!
In office basic lab testing
In office testing is included for:
- urinalysis
- hemoglobin testing
- strep tests
- glucose testing
- pregnancy tests
- monospot testing
*Flu and COVID tests at minimal cost to cover materials
Discounted Autism Evaluations and Ear Piercing
Members benefit from a 10% discount for full Autism testing and discounted ear piercing.
Home Visits

Is it more convenient for you to stay in the comfort of your home for a visit or maybe your child has difficulty leaving the home, we can come to you!
$100 additional fee per visit
Unlimited Sick/Acute Visits
When your child is sick, we want to know about it. If your child needs to be seen, no problem. We can often answer your questions and provide reassurance without coming to the office or provide tele-health as appropriate. It is about personalized care for your child!
Same or Next Day Appointments & No In-office Waiting
When your child is sick or needs medical care, it is stressful trying to find an opening in a traditional fee for service practice or going to urgent care and seeing someone new. We are available to see your child quickly all while giving your child the comfort of seeing someone they know, Dr. Kurowski.
Direct Access to Your Child's Physician
Phone calls, emails, and texts directly to Dr. Kurowski without having to go through multiple people first. In an emergency, speak directly to Dr. Kurowski and not a nurse triage line.
In Office Medication Dispensing at Significant Cost Savings
When your child is sick, the last thing you want is a trip to the pharmacy. We provide convenient, affordable medication dispensing from our office.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations are offered following the American Academy of Pediatrics and CDC guidelines. Alternate schedules are also available. Vaccinations are billed through insurance. If you have no insurance or on Medicaid, vaccinations will need to be obtained through the Health Department at this time.
*Not a requirement to vaccinate to be a member.

We work with families to find the lowest cost alternatives for outside laboratory studies and medications, for those who prefer not to use their insurance. We have secured great pricing with LabCorp and wholesale medications that are extremely affordable
Chronic Care Management and Coordination
Dr. Kurowski will manage your child's ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism, eczema, asthma and any other special needs. She will also work with specialists and schools as needed to ensure your child receives the Best Care.
Unhurried and Extended appointments
Never feel rushed at the Doctor again! Dr. Kurowski will take as much time as needed to discuss your child's health and development. Your appointments are your time, and she is dedicated to answering all your questions.
Lifestyle Medicine
Dr. Kurowski is double board certified in Pediatrics and Lifestyle Medicine. DPC allows additional visit time to focus more on lifestyle medicine for long lasting health and wellness.
Procedures
In office laceration repair with stitches or glue is offered if appropriate. Includes Cryotherapy and candidal injections for warts, treatment for molluscum, drainage of abscesses and more.
Lactation Consults
Dr. Kurowski is a certified physician lactation consultant.
